Whether you are replacing your door to upgrade the look of your home, or business, or require a replacement when tragedy strikes, we have a large inventory of replacement parts and doors available in most common sizes in stock.
If the size of door required is not in stock, and must be custom ordered, it can usually be in stock within 2-3 weeks depending on the make and model.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Servicing your garage door is just as important as bringing in your vehicle for an oil change. Preventative maintenance is focused on keeping your doors in peak condition at all times. By maintaining your overhead door(s) on a regular basis, it may prevent costly and untimely breakdowns. We suggest having your overhead door(s) looked at every 6 to 12 months to ensure that all components are working properly.
A preventative maintenance inspection & service includes (but is not limited to):
- Inspecting all components of the door, such as: cables, rollers, hinges, tracks and all other hardware for damage, rust and wear.
- Inspecting, and testing the spring balance.
- Inspecting and testing the electric operator including, force settings, limits, pushbutton station and all safety systems.
- Inspecting the full perimeter and in-between joint weatherstrip for proper seal.
- Lubricating and tightening all moving parts.
- We provide a comprehensive list of what was serviced & inspected. If there are issues found we will provide a quotation for any extra services or parts that maybe required.
